General Terms and Conditions
 
1. Agreement in purpose
1.1 Skodje Brua AS gives the user the right to use AutoPASS tag (OBU) issued by Skodje Brua AS in all AutoPASS plants, according to the options in section 3 of the agreement form. 2. Agreement Period

3. The user's obligations

3.6 Agreement and pieces can not be transferred to others, nor used for purposes other than AutoPASS.

4. Skodje Brua AS their obligations
4.1 When the agreement is accepted user shall pay a deposit and receive a piece, if the user does not have such a Tile from before.

5. Surcharges and breach

  5.1 Skodje Brua AS reserves the right to terminate the Agreement if the user is in material breach of the obligations arising under the Agreement.

6. Loss, damage or theft of OBU
6.1 The user is responsible for all storage and use of the OBU. If loss, damage or theft is not refundable deposit.

7. Termination of Agreement
7.1 The user has at any time for writing to terminate the Agreement with Skodje Brua AS.

8. Changes in Agreement

9. Privacy Policy

10. Communication

1. Agreement scale
1.1 Private individuals can register a maximum of two cars each. deal. 2. Billing and settlement

3. Change in appointment
3.1 The user is responsible for ensuring that the information provided in the agreement document is correct. All changes to the agreement, such as change of car, type of appointment, or address, shall be notified in writing to the company.

3.2 The user is responsible for removing the tag on the sale or disposal of the vehicle. OBU can then be transferred to the new vehicle or return the operational for the deletion of information.

3.3 It is not allowed to assign the agreement to other persons or companies.

3.4 The user is always responsible for the use of the given piece, and a duty to give notification to the operating company as soon as possible if the tag is lost or stolen.

4. Tariffs
4.1 The user's balance will be charged with the cost as calculated by the then-current rates.

4.2 Tariffs pr. 01.06.04 included in the table below.

4.3 Tariffs may be regulated once per year, usually in June, according to changes in consumer prices. Changes will be announced at least one month before the entry into force.

5. Light signals

Green light signal by crossing the toll gate indicates that passing is registered as a valid pass. White light signal notifies approved passage, but that the new payment of invoices should be made. Yellow light signal is provided by unpaid / invalid contract, error or failure to tag and trigger automatic video photography.
