Can I register multiple vehicles on the same subscription?
At the registration of "private plan" can register up to two vehicles at the same subscription account. These may have different vektklasse.
By registration of the "firm agreement" is the number of unlimited for the same vektklasse.

I have sold a car / car changed, do I report this?

To get detailed overview of your passages you must send a written inquiry to us - this can often be sent via the "contact us" on this page. Passing The figure will include the number of passages, toll road, the date, time and passage rate.
Such an overview can apply for up to a year back in time. Written request must be made for each period requested.
Will I get a refund of deposit chip?
Upon termination of subscription and submission of a piece to piece-refundable deposit.
I have Avtalegiro but have switched bank / account number, what do I do?

What is AutoPASS?

Can I transfer the tag to a different toll companies?
You can subscribe for a local appointment for your AutoPASS tag with other toll company. By moving, we recommend that the piece is returned to us, and that the new piece is ordered at your nearest toll company.
The reason is that if you pass the tollbooth AutoPASS field of plant where you have not subscribed, these passages will be charged the subscription you have with the toll company that issued your piece. That is, you always should have a valid contract with the toll company.
The subscription can not be transferred from a toll company to another, when there is economic cooperation between the companies.
